Cancellation & Return Policy

We strive to offer a seamless buying experience to our customers. With this, we have a very smooth cancellation policy set for our customers as below:

 Order Cancellation

•  Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call Optica Opticians  or send an email to support@opticaopticians.com to request for cancellation.
•  Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from  warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy

  • In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Optica Opticians will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
  • Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Optica Opticians reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee from the user – which could also be the entire order amount, hence, no refund will be processed.

Return Policy

Eyeglasses | Sunglasses | Contact Lens
•  Optica Opticians offers a 14 day no questions asked return policy to all its customers. Make sure the invoice, price tag and original packaging is intact.
•  Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call / whatsapp or send an email to support@opticaopticians.com with order details.
•  Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.
•  Post pick up, our team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Optica Opticians can deny refund to the customer.
•  In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
•  In case of contact lens , no return/refund will be offered if box has been opened or tampered with.
•  If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; Optica Opticians reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

Return Policy in case of RTO
In case of RTO, no charges will be levied. All other T&Cs applicable.

Refund Policy

At Optica Opticians, we thank our customers for purchasing from our website. We recommend you to carefully read our policies, conditions as well as terms of use. This will give you all the important information regarding our obligations and your rights as our customers for any purchase that you make on our website. We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.

•  If due to any reason the order isn’t shipped out by Optica Opticians then the order can be cancelled, and your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and the money will be refunded to you.
•  If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund.
•  It is the customer’s responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log-in the issue on the same day. If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.
•  No refunds will be processed in case if wrong prescription is entered for eyeglasses at the time of order placement.
•  In case of contact lens , no refund will be offered if box has been opened or tampered with.

Refund Cycle:
Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.
